Completing E-motions IV

Incomplete emotions are stored in the body/unconscious and will be triggered by events and stimuli in the environment that remind the unconscious of the event that first spawned the original aversion. They can be completed by observing the sensations in the body that correspond to those emotions and letting out any tensions from the body announce themselves to you as you do so. Sometimes the body will want to tremor or shake, it's good to allow it to do so but its better to do it slowly than quickly. No need to rush.
